Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately we have been experiencing a large increase in 'no shows' and last minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. We understand things come up and we absolutely love what we do but every no show and cancellation has an impact and knock on effect on all of our lives.

If you fail to show up or cancel your treatments within 48 hours you will be charged 50% and 24 hours you will now be charged 100% of your treatment. We hope you understand our reasons for implementing this policy and please be mindful when you need to cancel an appointment in future.
