("the Clinic", "we", "us", "our")

These Terms and Conditions govern all appointments, treatments, services, consultations, and purchases made with the Clinic. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Appointments

1.1 Appointments may be booked in person, by telephone, online, or through any booking system operated by the Clinic.

1.2 A consultation may be required prior to treatment to assess suitability and discuss any risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare requirements.

1.3 The Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client's best interests.

2. Deposits and Payments

2.1 Certain treatments may require a deposit or advance payment at the time of booking.

2.2 Deposits are applied towards the cost of the treatment unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Full payment for treatments is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation and Appointment Rearrangement Policy

3.1 Clients are entitled to **one appointment rearrangement without charge**, provided sufficient notice is given in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Where a client wishes to cancel or rearrange an appointment, notice must be provided directly to the Clinic and must be acknowledged by a member of staff. Automated messages, voicemails, emails, social media messages, or other communications will not be deemed received until acknowledged by a member of staff.

3.3 If an appointment is cancelled or rearranged with **48 hours or less notice, but more than 24 hours notice**, the client will be liable for **50% of the treatment fee**.

3.4 If an appointment is cancelled or rearranged with **24 hours or less notice**, the client will be liable for **100% of the treatment fee**.

3.5 Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in a charge of **100% of the treatment fee**.

3.6 For the purpose of calculating notice periods, the Clinic's business days are **Tuesday to Saturday only**. Sundays and Mondays are non-business days and do not count towards the notice period.

**Examples:**

* An appointment booked for Tuesday cannot be cancelled on Sunday or Monday and be considered more than 24 or 48 hours' notice.

* A cancellation request submitted on a Sunday or Monday will be treated as received when the Clinic next opens on Tuesday and is acknowledged by a member of staff.

3.7 The Clinic reserves the right to require payment of any cancellation fees before accepting future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

4.1 Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid disruption to other appointments.

4.2 If a client arrives excessively late and the treatment cannot reasonably be completed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the relevant cancellation charge may apply.

5. Medical Information

5.1 Clients must provide complete and accurate medical history information before treatment.

5.2 Clients must inform the Clinic of any changes to their health, medication, pregnancy status, allergies, or medical conditions before each appointment.

5.3 The Clinic accepts no responsibility for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld medical information.

6. Treatment Results

6.1 Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

6.2 The Clinic will provide professional advice regarding expected outcomes; however, treatment results are dependent upon individual factors and adherence to aftercare instructions.

7. Aftercare

7.1 Clients agree to follow all aftercare advice provided by the Clinic.

7.2 Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and may void any review or corrective treatment offered by the Clinic.

8. Children and Accompanying Persons

8.1 Unless agreed in advance, children and additional guests should not attend appointments.

8.2 The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where accompanying persons may compromise safety, privacy, or the treatment environment.

9. Gift Vouchers

9.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9.2 Gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or extended unless required by law.

9.3 Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.

9.4 Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift vouchers will not be replaced.

9.5 Gift vouchers may be used towards treatments and services offered by the Clinic unless otherwise stated.

10. Clinic Cancellations

10.1 The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to staff illness, equipment failure, emergencies, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 Where the Clinic cancels an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

11.2 The Clinic's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant treatment, except where prohibited by law.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Clinic's Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

13.1 The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available upon request and on the Clinic's website where applicable.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
